Yes, we offer customizable meal packages including breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by our experienced chefs. You can choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We also accommodate special dietary requirements with advance notice. Meal services are available at an additional cost.

Booking & Reservations

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations between 3-7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.

Yes, you can modify your booking dates subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in to request changes. Modifications may be subject to rate differences and availability based on the new dates selected.

Absolutely! Hilldale Villa is family-friendly and perfect for guests of all ages. We have spacious grounds, gaming zones, and safe areas for children to play. However, we request that children be supervised at all times, especially around the swimming pool area for their safety.

We understand pets are family members! Small to medium-sized pets are welcome with prior approval. Please inform us during booking about your pet. A small additional fee may apply, and we request that pets be kept supervised and well-behaved throughout the stay.

Hilldale Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 20-25 guests across our multiple rooms and spaces. The exact capacity depends on your room configuration preferences. For larger groups or special events, please contact us directly to discuss arrangements and availability.

Hilldale Villa is easily accessible by road from major cities. We are located approximately 2-3 hours from the nearest airport. Detailed directions and GPS coordinates will be shared upon booking confirmation. We can also arrange local transportation services upon request.
